Merlin Quiggle most recently served as Associate Vice President for Marketing at Northwest University. Before moving to Seattle to join the administration team at (then) Northwest College, Quiggle owned an advertising agency in Minneapolis that served both sacred and secular clients.

His prior experience includes working as a creative and account person in advertising, as the general manager of a graphics production company, and as a photographer, writer, and editor for various newspapers. He has varied experience as a photojournalist, including working as stringer for United Press International, and photographing professional sports in the NFL and NHL.

He attended Evangel College for one year, and then transferred to the University of Minnesota to major in journalism. He interrupted his college studies to serve in the United States Army. He was trained as a Bulgarian Linguist at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California, and then was further trained as a Combat Interrogator in Military Intelligence. After leaving the Army, Quiggle finished a B.A. Degree in Pastoral Studies from North Central Bible College. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology and Culture at Northwest University.
